Our double rebate doors are fitted with high performance triple glazing. All glazing units offer excellent thermal insulation, weather resistance and noise reduction.

Door materials
Composite Doors are constructed from high density CFC-free polyurethane foam and layers of laminated veneered lumber and finished with GRP (glass-reinforced polyester) inner and outer skins.
Door features
Available in 70mm door leaf thickness, Our Composite Doors are extremely durable and robust. For extra safety, the door glazing units may be toughened or laminated. All doors are fitted to our high performance 70mm PVCu door frames.

All doors feature multi-point locking mechanisms and hardware as standard, and are fitted to ultra-strong door frames.
Composite doors hook locks
For extra security, a hook lock option is available. 'Hooks' are situated at the top and bottom of the locking system and slot firmly and securely into keeps located on the door frame.

Composite Door Security
Constructed from high-density polyurethane foam, timber and glass-reinforced plastic outer skins, our Composite Doors offer outstanding levels of strength and durability. A lightweight material, GRP has a higher strength ratio than mild steel, making the door virtually impact-resistant – the materials of the composite door offer a virtually impact-resistant core and surface.
Multi-point locking systems are fitted as standard to all doors, ensuring the highest levels of safety and security for your home. You can also select our high-security cylinder locking mechanisms, tested to Pas 24 requirements, for enhanced security.
Our Composite Doors are fitted to a steel reinforced door frame. A range of door threshold options are available, including low/flush thresholds for unrestricted access and enhanced weather-resistance.
